A Sentimental Location for a Joyful Photoshoot

When a couple chooses a meaningful place for their engagement session, the magic naturally unfolds. Miffy and Rawle picked Guelph University and the beautiful Japanese Garden at the Arboretum—locations rich with personal memories and emotional significance. As a Toronto engagement photographer, I was thrilled to capture their love in such a picturesque and peaceful setting just outside the GTA.

Architectural Beauty Meets Garden Serenity

The session began at Guelph University, with its stunning ivy-covered stone walls, arched doorways, and historic towers—perfect backdrops for romantic portraits. We then moved to the Arboretum’s Japanese Garden, where greenery, elegant trees, and peaceful walking paths created a serene atmosphere. Every corner of this location offered a unique and timeless backdrop.
