Toronto Prep Forever Launch Party at The Atrium at Ricarda’s in Toronto

On June 4, 2026, the Toronto Prep School community gathered at The Atrium at Ricarda’s in downtown Toronto for the Toronto Prep Forever Launch Party, a special evening dedicated to the school’s growth, community, and the future of elementary education at TPS.

The event brought together alumni, current families, prospective families, faculty, staff, and partners from the Globeducate network. It was an evening of conversation, connection, celebration, and reflection on the next chapter of Toronto Prep School.

A Milestone Evening for Toronto Prep School

The Toronto Prep Forever Launch Party marked an important moment in the school’s history. The evening celebrated Toronto Prep School’s continued growth and introduced the community to the school’s physical and program expansion.

A central part of the announcement was the future of the Elementary program at TPS. This next phase reflects the school’s commitment to expanding its educational offering while continuing to focus on personalized learning, academic excellence, and a supportive school community.

Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new families, speak with members of the TPS team, and learn more about the direction of the school.

Event Planning by Roxy Zapala and Art of Celebrations

The Toronto Prep Forever Launch Party was organized by Roxy Zapala and her team at Art of Celebrations.

The event had a polished, thoughtful, and welcoming atmosphere, with each part of the evening carefully arranged to support the story of Toronto Prep School’s growth. From the guest experience and room flow to the branded details, reception setup, family friendly elements, and overall event design, the planning created a cohesive celebration for the TPS community.

The result was an evening that felt professional, warm, and beautifully connected to the school’s identity.

The Atrium at Ricarda’s in Downtown Toronto

The celebration took place at The Atrium at Ricarda’s, located at 134 Peter Street in downtown Toronto.

The venue offered a bright and modern setting with historic brick walls, glass architecture, tall white columns, high ceilings, and an open layout. The space worked well for a large school community event, allowing guests to move naturally between reception areas, conversation spaces, food stations, presentation moments, and family activities.

The architectural character of The Atrium at Ricarda’s gave the evening a refined downtown Toronto atmosphere while still feeling open and welcoming.

Toronto Prep School, TPS Elementary, and Globeducate Details

The event design included many thoughtful branded elements connected to Toronto Prep School, TPS Elementary, and Globeducate.

Custom cookies, name badges, signage, floral arrangements, red lounge furniture, cocktail tables, catering stations, desserts, and branded displays helped create a strong visual identity throughout the evening.

These details supported the main message of the event: Toronto Prep School is growing, expanding, and preparing for an important new chapter in its future.

A Community Celebration With Families, Alumni, Faculty, and Guests

One of the strongest parts of the evening was the sense of community.

Guests spent the evening greeting one another, sharing conversations, enjoying food and drinks, exploring the space, and connecting with members of the Toronto Prep School community. Alumni, current families, prospective families, faculty, staff, and partners all came together in the same room to celebrate the school’s journey.

The atmosphere was relaxed, social, and full of energy. It felt like both a celebration of what TPS has already built and a first look at what is coming next.

Speeches, Announcements, and the Future of Elementary Education at TPS

A key part of the evening was the formal presentation about Toronto Prep School’s next chapter.

Guests gathered to hear more about the school’s physical and program expansion, including the future of elementary education at TPS. These moments gave the event a clear sense of purpose and helped connect the celebration to the larger vision for the school.
